These terms govern the sale of cat and dog products made on this website to individual consumers.
Article 1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered on this website.
Article 2. Seller identity
The seller's full identity, address and contact details are given on the Legal notice page. For any questions: felinsfideles@gmail.com.
Article 3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product, its description, materials and price are shown on its product page before any order is placed. Photographs illustrate the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received.
Article 4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs and times are specified before the order is confirmed and detailed on the Delivery & FAQ page.
Article 5. Order and payment
Orders are placed directly on the website through the secure payment system provided by Shopify. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 6. Delivery
Delivery times are given for guidance on the Delivery & FAQ page and may vary depending on the product and the destination.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty, except for return costs.
To exercise this right, customers notify their decision in writing to felinsfideles@gmail.com, using the model withdrawal form in the appendix or by any other unambiguous statement.
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or of proof that it has been sent back, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Article 8. Legal guarantees
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects, Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, at no extra cost to the customer.

Article 10. Governing law
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
