We only collect the data needed for the three uses below. No other data is collected.
Contact form
- Data: name, email address, subject and content of the message.
- Purpose: to answer your request.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted.
Newsletter
- Data: email address.
- Purpose: to send you our news and offers.
- Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time via the link in every email.
Orders and payment
- Data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, order and payment details.
- Purpose: to process, ship and track your order.
- Legal basis: performance of the sales contract concluded with you.
- Retention: the legal retention period for commercial and accounting documents.
3. Who has access to your data
- The publisher of the website.
- Shopify International Limited, which hosts the store and processes orders and payments on our behalf.
- The carriers and suppliers responsible for preparing and delivering your order, only for the data needed for shipping.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any advertising partner.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Shopify, our host, may process some data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as remembering your cart. No audience measurement or advertising cookies are set. The fonts used on the website are hosted directly on our server, and no data is transmitted to a third-party service to display them. Full details are on the Cookie policy page.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Restriction: ask for processing to be temporarily suspended.
- Portability: receive your data in a reusable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time for the newsletter, without having to give a reason.

8. Security
Payments are processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never have access to your full bank details and we do not store them.
